Shop Manager wanted
We are seeking a highly motivated person to manage our charity shop in Lowestoft. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ retail experience, possess good management capabilities and leadership qualities, along with the ability to recruit and manage a volunteer workforce, implement best working practise and demonstrate excellence in merchandising. The commencing salary range is £12,000-£13,500p.a. depending on experience. The hours of work will be 37 across a 6-day week on a rota basis.
